This 3 or 4-day in-house workshop covers a complete model of negotiating. Run in 2 parts, up to a month apart, participants will enjoy the benefits of implementing their objectives and returning for added depth and performance-based feedback.
We cover topics including preparation and interaction, goal-setting and aspirations, understanding clients’ types of needs, choosing a competitive or cooperative style to use inc. when and why, reading people esp on the first meeting, deciding where and when to meet that suits your purpose, controlling the types of questions you ask, influencing with tactics, managing deadlocks and concession-trading.
We balance theory with practice, knowledge with varied learning styles and all with professional facilitation.
